Theater Arts Coach:

Rachel coaches both teens and adults through their artistic journey.

For teens,
Rachel coaches those interested in pursuing a theatre arts education.

Her approach is holistic, specific to each individual’s needs. Rachel gets to know her students in order to fully understand what they want out of the arts and, more importantly, what makes them happy. This allows Rachel to guide them not to the best school on paper, but to the best school for them. Because theatre arts education isn’t just about the classroom — where we live and practice becomes part of our art.

Rachel also supports adults with a passion for and background in theatre arts as they pivot to a new stage in their career.

As a storyteller herself, Rachel’s able to recognize clients’ artistic souls and work with them to uncover new avenues fit for their passions and skills. Then, she facilitates personal discovery by setting up chats with leaders in an area of interest or researching education opportunities. This process is one of personal discovery, and Rachel’s alongside you the whole way.

"

I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel in the Spring of 2018 while I was transitioning from the professional world of the arts into teaching and needed guidance about how to position myself in order to make that move in my career. Rachel helped me build my resume and cover letter so that they targeted private and public schools and successfully coached me through interviews, helping me land a teaching position for the 2018-2019 school year. Rachel was incredibly supportive and willing to share her expertise throughout the process."

Tom Zemon

Corporate Coach

Rachel brings the invaluable lessons from the theater into the executive space to build team camaraderie, trust, and genuine play. She builds community among co-workers with active exercises and performance techniques, creating a space where everyone can talk about vulnerability in leadership, discuss the tone of the workplace, and better understand each other. Rachel’s workshops give everyone space to share their stories and come together to write a new one.

At the end of the day, this is about connection!

Arts Curriculum Development

Whether it’s infusing a floundering program with renewed creativity or building the entire curriculum from the ground up,

Rachel helps institutions identify and then realize their arts education vision. An Arts Curriculum Designer and Developer, Rachel will work with you to identify your goals and your target community. From there, she sets the program up for success by crafting a curriculum, coaching and developing existing staff, recruiting teaching artists, and even planning the classroom layout.
